We have created the plan just for 3 week new content for you to help you on your Weight Loss journey but, by making it immediately available to you as soon as you join,
it is up to you to plan out how you want to engage with the diet. At the core of the Weight Loss plan is a 3 week programme.
The key principles of the 3 week Weight Loss plan focusses on mind-set and behaviour. While we recommend some dietary changes and some movement, there is no set food plan regime. We do not ask you to fast, to put undue stress on your body or to take extreme measures at any time.
If you do have health concerns, however, it would be wise to ask your health care professionals if this Weight Loss plan is suitable for you.
There are a number of Weight Loss plan Resources which we will give
you. Some of these are included in your initial joining fee while
others, such as the Weight Loss hand book and the Cookbook, are
available in sale, separately.

Yes. The 3 week Weight Loss plan encourages you to move more than you do presently, but that is relative to your current situation. As you become slimmer, fitter and healthier you will find your energy levels and mobility also increases.
With your joining you will be given access to the Weight Loss plan page and Facebook Group where you will be able to share your journey with others also taking the 3 week Weight Loss plan. Your dietician and wellness consoler, will broadcast live in the group. There will also be other support provided through the Facebook group and added to the Membership site.
