Less of dairy and nuts is best
Dairy products contain varying amounts of lactose (milk sugar), which slows down weight loss. In addition, part of the protein in milk produces a significant response to insulin, which can have the same effect. Therefore, reducing dairy products can speed up weight loss.
This is especially true for dairy products that are generally low in fat, such as, regular milk and various yoghurts but beware of high-fat dairy products such as cream and cheese. And not to forget whey protein powder, which is a pure milk protein.
Butter, which is an almost pure fat, is exempt from all these warnings about dairy products. The butter can be generously consumed at will.
Nuts, the second food to be considered, contain a good amount of carbohydrates and it is very easy to accidentally consume large amounts of carbohydrates. Cashews are among the worst in terms of carbohydrates. You will find that they contain about 20 percent by weight of carbohydrates.
For a person who follows a strict LCHF diet with an allowance of 20 grams of carbs per day, this means that by eating 100 grams he reached his daily quota.
