Starches:
1-Whole grains starches, such as oatmeal,brown rice, millet, amaranth, or quinoa
2-Items cooked with whole grains without any added sugar
3-Baked or boiled sweet potato
Protein:
1-Plant-based proteins likeseeds, nuts,beans, or tofu
2-EggsFish and seafood
3-Chicken and other poultry meat
4- Low-fat dairy product
Fats:
1-Natural sources of vegetable fats like avocados, nuts, or seeds
