The diet plan consists of normal foods which are homemade and suitable for high cholesterol patients. Saturated food items are either prohibited or provided in moderate quantities. Ghee is strictly prohibited whereas refined oils and mustard oil is partially allowed. Foods must not be cooked in the conventional manner as our traditional cooking methods infuse lots of vegetable oils in the food. Our diet plan too suggests the cooking method.


Non vegetarian items like red meat, chicken, fish, eggs York are also allowed in a semi permeable manner. You have to keep a deliberate control over these items, there are lots of other tasty items are there to eat. All the fruits and vegetable items are free from cholesterol. There are various food items which have been proven to be cholesterol controller, like red wine etc. We have also included these beneficial and new items in the plan.


This diet plan is not an alternative for any medication or medical care. After carefully following this 30 days plan, your pathological results will surely be better than before. Secondly, you will lose at least 2 to 3 kilos in this month.
