Ingredients
1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp brown sugar
2 pinches cinammon
2 tsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1/4 chopped apple with skin
Method
1. In a deep non-stick pan, combine the oats, skim milk and brown sugar and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or till the oats turn soft.
2. Remove form the flame, add the cinammon, walnuts and chopped apples and mix well.
3. Serve immediately.
