Balsamic Poached Salmon

INGREDIENTS

ï‚· 1 1/2kg fresh Wild Salmon, cut into 4 oz portions
ï‚· 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
ï‚· 1/2 cup garlic, minced
ï‚· 1 red onion, minced
ï‚· 1/2 Bu cilantro, chopped
ï‚· 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate


METHODS/STEPS

1- Mix all ingredients together except salmon.
2- Marinate salmon in marinade for 1 hour
3- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes
4- Let cool completely.
Serve cold
