Ingredients
• 4 4oz Fillet of White Fish
• 1 T tarragon, picked & chopped
• 1 T dill, picked & chopped
• 1 t thyme, picked & chopped
• 1 t parsley, picked & chopped
• 1 t garlic, minced
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 orange, juiced
Methods/steps
• Marinated fish in herbs & juice.
• Let marinate for 5 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour in the refrigerator.
• Sear in pan for 3 minutes per side.
• Serve hot
