Herb-Crusted Yellowtail Snapper

Ingredients


• 1kg Yellowtail fillet, skin off/pin bone out
• 1 tablespoon tarragon, picked & chopped
• 1 tablespoon parsley, picked & chopped
• 1 tablespoon Dill, picked & chopped
• 1 tablespoon Mint, picked & chopped
• 1 tablespoon Basil, picked & chopped
• ½ teaspoon black peppercorns, ground
• ½ c water


Methods/steps


• Lay fish out on baking pan.
• Sprinkle with black pepper and rub with fresh herbs.
• Pour water on baking pan; bake at 450 degrees for 4 minutes.
• Serve immediately.
