Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemongrass, chopped
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
• 2 fresh garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• ½ jalapeno pepper
• 450g whitefish fillet
Methods/steps
• In a Cuisinart, puree lemongrass, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and jalapeno.
• Rub fish with marinade and let sit for 5 minutes.
• Sear fish in a hot pan for 2 minutes, flip, and lower heat to medium.
• Let cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
