Eat Cilantro Cole Slaw Best Diet For Weight Loss

Ingredients: serves 6 -8
Slaw Dressing (see recipe below)
1 medium head cabbage, finely chopped 
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
 
Method:
Prepare Slaw Dressing.
In a large bowl, combine chopped cabbage, cucumber, and cilantro. Pour Slaw Dressing over cabbage mixture and toss gently until blended. For best results, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight for flavors to blend. Gen
