Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups (12 ounces) sugar snap peas
1/2 cup thinly-sliced red radishes
2 green onions, thinly sliced, white and green parts

Ingredients:
Fresh vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
Red onion, sliced very thinly
Pritikin shake it table blend
Freshly-ground black pepper
Basil leaves
Method:
Halve the cherry tomatoes and place in a bowl.
Slice the onion into very thin rings or slices and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and gently stir to combine.
