Layered yogurt fruit salad:
Ingredients:
1 cup low fat hung curd
1 Tablespoons orange juice
1Cups fresh pineapple chunks
1Cup strawberry halves
1Cups green grapes
         1Cup blueberries
1Cups cubed cantaloupe
1Tbsp fresh shredded coconut, toasted

1 cup quick cooking rolled oats

1 tsp oil

1 tsp urad dal (split black lentils)

2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)

1 1/2 " piece ginger (adrak), chopped
